  • INTRODUCTION
    • In these terms and conditions, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” are a reference to Thread Music, the owner and operator of this website.
    • By accessing and using this service you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
    • Thread Music reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page. If there are any changes in how we use our customer’s personal information, notification via email will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our terms and conditions will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.

 

  • USE AND COPYRIGHT
    • Copyright in this site, which includes text, images, videos and audio files is owned by Thread Music. You may retrieve and display content from this website, print individual pages or store such pages in electronic form for your own personal use.
    • We reserve all rights not expressly granted in and to the website and its content.

 

  • DISCLAIMER
    • We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage, which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with Thread Music, nor do we accept any responsibility for any such loss arising out of your use of or reliance on information contained on or accessed through this website.

 

  • PAYMENTS
    • All payments are due upon completion of each lesson. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, all remaining lessons will be cancelled until payment is received.
    • Payments can either be made by internet transfer (up front/in full) or via eftpos at the completion of each lesson.

 

  • REFUNDS
    • If a lesson is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the student may be considered for a refund. Each student must take into account the description of the lesson before requesting a refund. If the lesson matches the description and the student is unsatisfied we are not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.

 

  • CANCELLATION
    • All lessons are subject to change by Thread Music. In the event a lesson is cancelled the student/students in that lesson will be offered an alternate date to attend that lesson. If a change of date can not be agreed upon between the student and our teachers, they will be eligible for a full refund and offer of credit transfer to an alternate lesson of equal value.
    • If you are booked for a course or lesson you may cancel your purchase and request a refund or transfer for an alternative course/lesson at Thread Music within 24 hours notice prior to the start date. This will allow us sufficient amount of time to cancel the scheduled trainer so as not to cause loss of income to Thread Music due to your change in circumstances.
    • If you miss a class without providing notice we accept no liability or obligation to provide you with a replacement lesson, extra assistance or any other form of compensation. However you will be provided with the content from the lesson as soon as possible.
    • A valid request for cancellation, refund or credit transfer must be received within 24 hours and only by one of the following methods.
    • Via email to: info@threadmusic.com.au and provide your name contact details, class dates and course affected, or via phone: +61 400466655 with the aforementioned details, or leave a message with those details.
    • Social media and any forms of communication or points of contact not outlined here will not be considered a valid form of request or notice.

 

  • REFUNDS
    • All valid requests (made within appropriate timeframes and made acceptable by methods of request outlined above) will be entitled to a full refund of fees paid. We reserve the right to offer credit transfers to other courses and will assist you with this, free of charge.
    • If the cancellation was not made within the appropriate timeframe outlined previously any paid fees will be deemed non-refundable. We will try to the best of our ability to accommodate your needs by rescheduling your lesson but is in no way shape or form liable for you inability to attend the scheduled course if your request does not meet our terms.
    • All refunds may take up to 31 days to process.

 

  • COMPLAINTS
    • Any complaints about the lessons or courses may be sent to us via email: info@threadmusic.com.au. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the teacher will be in the contact as well.
